An expanding, independent community health system in Central Indiana, conveniently located near Indianapolis, is seeking Anesthesiologists to join its growing team. This is an excellent opportunity offering a strong work-life balance, broad community-based case mix, excellent benefits, and the opportunity to help shape a growing Anesthesia department.
PRACTICE DETAILS
• Hospital-employed W-2 opportunity
• Join 2 Anesthesiologists and 7 CRNAs, with plans to expand to approximately 4 Anesthesiologists and 9 CRNAs
• Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM-4:00 PM schedule with current 1:9 call
• Broad case mix including General Surgery, Endoscopy, Orthopedics, OB/GYN, and Urology
• Approximately 11 cases per day
• Strong CRNA support and opportunity to perform regional anesthesia
• $100K Sign-on
• Student loan assistance up to $180K over 3 years
