Call duties include taking calls after clinic hours and during the day to cover for other doctors.Compensation and Benefits:Guaranteed Compensation: $260,000/year for the first two years plus a $100,000 recruitment incentive tied to a 5-year commitmentPotential Earnings: After the guarantee period, the base salary is $205,000/year with additional production incentives and value-based incentives.Benefits Package: Includes health, life, dental, vision, and legal insurance; retirement options including 403(b), 457(b), 401(a); and paid malpractice.Paid Time Off: Accrual model for vacation, sick days, CME time, bereavement, holidays, and other practice closures.
