- Employed Position
- Compensation model includes base salary and bonus (based upon quality metrics, not RVUs or volume) starting at $275k guaranteed base, $20k+ signing bonus, and 20% annual bonus

Qualifications:
- M.D. or D.O. graduates
- Board Certified/Eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine (required)
- Fellowship training in Geriatrics welcome, but not required
- Physician must have an active, non-probationary WI medical license OR have the ability to obtain a full WI medical licensure
