Banner Health is actively seeking a BC/BE Family Medicine Physician to join our established outpatient practice in Fallon, Nevada , a vibrant town just one hour from Reno and Carson City, with easy access to Lake Tahoe and endless outdoor recreation.
This NHSC-certified site qualifies for federal loan repayment programs and offers the best of both worlds: meaningful rural medicine in a supportive environment, with the stability and resources of a large, integrated health system.

Banner Health's Compensation Package Includes:
- $290,000 base salary
- Recruitment incentives of $125,000+ :
- $125,000 sign-on/relocation incentive when loan repayment is not needed
- $60,000 sign-on/relocation incentive + up to $100,000 loan repayment
- $1,500/month resident stipend during the final 12 months of training after signing the employment contract (up to $18,000 total)
- Paid CME days and malpractice

Requirements:
- Board-certified or board-eligible in Family Medicine
