Locations: Windsor, Loveland, & Fort Collins, CO (position rotates between all clinic locations)
Schedule: Full-time, flexible 12.5-hour shifts (7:30 AM - 8:00 PM)
Hours: 7 days/week, 7:30 AM - 7:30 PM
Salary: $230,000 - $300,000 (based on experience)
Requirements:
- Active CO license (or eligible to receive); MD or DO
- Board Certified/Eligible in Family Medicine or Emergency Medicine (ABMS)
- Experience in Family Med/ER/Urgent Care preferred
- Familiarity with EMR systems
- Ability and desire to thrive in a patient-centric environment
- Proficiencies with general medical procedures
