A well-established anesthesiology team in Fargo, North Dakota, is seeking a BC/BE Cardiac Anesthesiologist to join its busy and comprehensive practice.
Location & Lifestyle:
Fargo sits along the North Dakota Minnesota border and serves as a vibrant regional hub with a Fargo-Moorhead population of approximately 224,000. The community offers a lively mix of dining, arts, entertainment, shopping, parks and year-round recreation, while maintaining a welcoming Midwestern atmosphere and relatively easy access to outdoor activities. Minneapolis St. Paul is approximately 3.5 hours southeast, making major-city amenities and travel options readily accessible. The surrounding region also provides convenient access to 25 clinics and 5 hospitals, making Fargo a central destination for communities throughout the Upper Midwest.
Position Highlights:
- Join a well-established team of 12 anesthesiologists
- Approximately cardiac pump cases annually, plus additional cardiothoracic cases
- Robust structural heart program including TAVR, Watchman and MitraClip
- Approximately 1,530 cases per month across the Cath Lab and EP Lab
- Medically directed care model working alongside experienced CRNAs
- Broad case mix including General, Trauma, Orthopedics, OB, Neurosurgery, Vascular, Pediatrics and Regional
- Practice at a 130+bed Level II Trauma Center and Comprehensive Stroke Center
Compensation & Benefits:
- $660,672 base compensation
- Additional compensation may be available through bonuses, quality incentives and production-based compensation
Qualifications:
- BC/BE in Anesthesiology
- Fellowship training in Cardiac Anesthesiology
- Advanced TEE certification
