Compensation & Benefits:
- Substantial Base Salary: $250,000 guaranteed plus a $100,000 sign-on bonus with a four-year commitment, $5,000 in relocation, and Student Loan Repayment eligibility
- Generous PTO: 4 weeks vacation, two personal days, plus CME week, and up to 720 hours of sick leave accrual
- CME & Professional Support: $2,000 annual CME allowance, malpractice coverage through FTCA (tail included), plus paid licensure and membership fees

Candidate Requirements:
- Board-Certified or Board-Eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
