- Compensation: Competitive salary ($250K per year for 12 months guarantee period) with productivity model after the guarantee period + Quality Bonus. Sign-on bonus of $50K. Student loan repayment of up to $90K. In addition, you will receive a comprehensive benefits package, including health/dental insurance, CME allowance ($3,500), retirement plans, moving allowance ($15K) and much more.
- Supportive Team Environment: Work side-by-side with an existing Pediatrician at our Deaconess Clinic Baseline location. Onsite lead and Hemoglobin testing.
