Seeking Board Certified/Eligible Fellowship Trained Interventional Pain Management Physician.
Candidates can be Residency Trained in Anesthesiology, PM&R or Neurology (Plus ACGME Interventional Pain Fellowship).
We have over 1000 visits/month with 100+ monthly new patients.
Procedure Forward: We need someone who wants to be in the OR doing stims, RFAs, and ideally brings something complementary like Intracept, SI joint fusion, PNS, or MILD
Employed (W2) Position.
After 1 year, can buy into ASC!
Well-Established Solo practice. Will be 2 Interventional Pain Management Physicians
Mid-Level Support (Currently 2 NPs)
Single-OR Pain ASC - accredited, operating, strong stim volume. Feeding Clinic in the same complex.
Competitive Base Salary Range Starting between $425K - $475K (To be discussed with employer), Plus UNCAPPED Bonus Potential
Up to $100K Sign-On Bonus/Relocation Package Offered (36 month retention commitment, Pro-Rata)
