- Growing team: 1 MFM; expanding to 8 OB/GYNs, 4 APPs, and 3 GYN ONCs
- Compensation: $500K salary + $50K call stipend + up to $40K productivity
- $20K Maternal Medicine Directorship
- Fellowship development: MFM fellowship planned for 2027
- Modern clinics: 24 exam rooms, procedure & sonogram rooms, genetic testing; 8-10 patients/half day with dedicated support

- High-volume center: 3,200 deliveries, full OB/GYN, neonatology, pediatric subspecialty support
