Psychiatrist Opportunity - Addiction Medicine / Medical Director Role

Position Overview

We are seeking 1-2 experienced Psychiatrists to support detoxification and residential treatment programs in Maryland. This role offers flexibility, with the option to work across one or both locations depending on availability and interest.

Providers will play a key leadership role in delivering high-quality psychiatric care while supporting and supervising advanced practice providers within a structured treatment environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide in-person psychiatric care within detox and residential treatment settings
  • Conduct patient evaluations, medication management, and ongoing clinical oversight
  • Supervise and collaborate with Nurse Practitioners and clinical staff
  • Lead and participate in multidisciplinary treatment team meetings
  • Serve in a Medical Director capacity, contributing to program development and clinical quality
  • Ensure adherence to best practices in addiction and behavioral health care
Schedule & Structure:
  • 1-3 days per week onsite per location
