Practice Details:
•Solo Hematology/Oncology practice with an established foundation, including existing patient demand and a program that has served the community for more than 20 years
•Make the practice your own with the autonomy to shape your schedule, patient volumes, and approach to care within an independent, provider-focused organization
•Choose the schedule that fits your lifestyle, with full-time or part-time options and the flexibility to practice 2, 3, or 4 days per week
•100% outpatient practice with no call and manageable daily patient volumes
•Practice alongside 3 certified Oncology RNs with 75+ years of combined experience, providing established clinical support from day one
Compensation & Benefits:
•$700,000+ guaranteed compensation for a full-time schedule, providing financial stability as you transition into the established practice
•$150,000 sign-on incentive plus a comprehensive benefits package and significant PSLF-eligible student loan repayment opportunities
