Position Overview
As a Family Medicine Physician, you will provide full-spectrum outpatient primary care at the Silver Creek Clinic. Enjoy a structured schedule with no ER duties or inpatient responsibilities, supported by a multidisciplinary team including nurse practitioners and medical assistants.
