What you'll do

  • Manage labor and deliveries alongside any resident assigned to the service

  • Answer questions from the OB hospitalist and perform gynecologic surgery when needed
  • Help with cesarean deliveries and take consults from the emergency department as needed

What you bring

  • You hold board certification or qualify for board eligibility within 2 years, plus BLS, ACLS and NRP certifications
  • A DEA registration is required
  • 3 years of experience is preferred; candidates with 1-2 years will also be considered

We're currently seeking an OB/GYN to join our amazing team.

Details of the OB/GYN opening:

  • Anticipated start date: ASAP
  • Salary: $7675.20 - $8226.86 weekly
  • Anticipated schedule: Full Time

Daily Range of Responsibilities of the OB/GYN RN:

  • Do all labor management and deliveries with any resident on service
  • Rounds in the AM before ending call on patients
  • Available for questions from the OB hospitalist does gyn surgery as needed
  • Assists on cesarean deliveries as needed
  • Staffs consults from the ED as needed

Qualifications for the OB/GYN RN:

  • Practice environment: Team based, collegial setting with strong nursing and ancillary support
  • Certifications: Board Certified or board eligible (within 2 years), BLS, ACLS, NRP
  • DEA REQUIRED
  • Experience: would highly prefer 3 years experience but will consider those with 1-2
