Our Medical Center , located in MS, is recruiting an additional General Surgeon to join our employed established team. We are a 164-bed general acute care hospital and are a comprehensive healthcare facility that provides inpatient, outpatient and emergency department services. About the position:
- Clinic Hours: 8a-5p M-F
- Schedule: 36 patient care hours 4 admin; Clinic two full days, designated clinic/surgery days
- Call: 1:3, 5 days/mo built into contract opportunity to pick up additional call/pay
- Average # of patients seen per day: 20-25 patients per day (when ramped)

Our General Surgery team has 70 years combined experience and provides strong mentorship.
Qualifications:
- BE/BC in General Surgery
- Ability to obtain a medical professional license in the State of MS and DEA with full prescriptive authority
