- Willingness to obtain Nevada licensure within 90 days
- Sound clinical judgment, independence in practice and strong patient communication
Who this fits
This full-time role suits a physician comfortable managing brain injury and complex neurological cases with an interdisciplinary team. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with 1-3 overnight trips per month to regional California and Nevada clinics. Chronic opioid prescribing is not required.

Key Responsibilities
Patient Care
- Evaluate, diagnose, and treat patients with traumatic brain injuries
- Conduct comprehensive physical exams and patient assessments
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Monitor cognitive, behavioral, and functional progress
- No chronic opioid prescribing required
- Work closely with PAs, Athletic Trainers, and Medical Assistants
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary specialists and care teams
- Participate in case reviews, clinical meetings, and quality initiatives
- Support onboarding and mentorship of clinical staff
- Maintain accurate and timely EMR documentation
- Ensure compliance with all clinical and regulatory standards
- MD or DO required
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in one of the following:
- Brain Injury Medicine
- Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation ( PM& R)
- Neurology
- Emergency Medicine
- Active California medical license ( or ability to obtain)
- Willingness to obtain Nevada licensure within 90 days
- Strong clinical judgment and ability to practice independently
- Patient- focused with strong communication skills
- Monday-Friday
- 8: 00 AM 5: 00 PM
- Full- time ( 40 hours/ week)
- Travel to regional clinic locations required
- 1 3 overnight trips per month ( CA + NV locations)
- Base Salary: $ 300,000 $ 350,000
