About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated Daytime Post-Acute/LTAC Physician to join our team in the Ocala region. This role offers a flexible weekday schedule, a supportive team environment, and the opportunity to focus on patient care without nights, procedures, or codes.
Compensation & Schedule- Base Salary: $285,000
- Schedule: Monday-Friday
- Collections-based bonuses with additional monthly earning potential
- Flexible rounding schedule
- Medical, Dental, Vision, and Disability insurance

- Malpractice coverage with tail assistance
- Daytime rounding across post-acute and LTAC facilities in the Ocala region
- Collaborate with APPs to manage and split daily patient census
- Focus on quality patient care in a lower-acuity setting
- No procedures or codes required
- No night shifts
- Board Certified/Eligible in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, or relevant specialty
- Experience in post-acute or long-term acute care preferred, but not required
- Active medical license and DEA required
