A leading healthcare organization is seeking an experienced Medical Director (Geriatric Medicine) to lead a PACE (Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly) program in Fayetteville, North Carolina. This role focuses on delivering comprehensive, community-based care to seniors while promoting independence and improving quality of life.

Position Details
  • Location: Fayetteville, NC

  • Position Type: Full-Time (Permanent Only)

  • Setting: PACE Program (Community-Based Care)

  • ️ Leadership Role: Reports to Executive Director

  • Call: Participation in on-call rotation required

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide medical direction and oversight of participant care

  • Conduct H&P, reassessments, and develop treatment plans

  • Lead and oversee QAPI (Quality Assurance Performance Improvement)

  • Supervise PCPs and APPs

  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams

  • Participate in intake, assessment, and care planning

  • Guide participants and families on care decisions

Candidate Requirements
  • Board Certified in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine
