Sanford Health in Bemidji, MN is seeking an Internal Medicine physician to join the group!
- The department consists of four physicians and one advanced practice provider
- Practice options: outpatient only or outpatient with the option to follow your inpatients (hospitalists manage after 5pm and weekends)
- Only call is shared nursing home call with FM and IM
- Flexible schedule to fit your needs

- Integrated behavioral health therapist and community health worker available
- Multi-specialty clinic
- 118 bed hospital, 14 bed ICU
- Level III trauma center
- ER volumes- 27,000 annually
Compensation Package
- Compensation floor of $375,000 for the first two years of the employment contract, plus
estimated potential to exceed compensation floor from personally performed wRVUs.
- In addition, a $100,000 retention incentive to be paid if you remain a 1.0 FTE for 3 years (this will
be subject to a contractual agreement specifying all details)
