Practice Details
Sanford Health has an opening for a Fellowship trained Colorectal Surgeon to join its
Surgery Department in Fargo, North Dakota. Experienced candidates preferred but new
graduates are welcome to apply.
- Join a group of 3 colorectal surgeons and 16 other surgeons with expertise in breast surgery, bariatric surgery, oncology surgery, general surgery and trauma and acute care surgery
- 23 exam rooms, 3 clinic procedure rooms and 2 proctology exam rooms
- DaVinci XI and DV5 robot available
- Practice consists of clinic, operating room, and endoscopy suite
- Teaching of surgical residents and medical students through the University of North Dakota School of Medicine and Health Sciences
Compensation Package
Competitive compensation package includes:
- Compensation floor of $532,080 for the first two years of the employment contract, plus estimated potential to exceed compensation floor from personally performed wRVUs.
- In addition, a $100,000 retention incentive to be paid if you remain a 1.0 FTE for 3 years (this will be subject to a contractual agreement specifying all details
