Solomon Medical is hiring a full-time physician for our San Jose/Santa Clara and East Bay post-acute care programs. This role is a strong fit for an Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, Geriatrics or Hospitalist physician who enjoys complex patient care but wants a more flexible day-to-day schedule than many hospital-based roles.
