- Salary: $290K to $325K (experience)
- 7% yearly salary increases
- Relocation assistance: $30,000
- Sign-on bonus: 10% of base salary ($28K-$36K) paid with first paycheck
- Retention bonus: 10% of salary after year 2
- CME: 5 paid days plus allowance
- Loan repayment: NHSC and IHS, PSLF programs
- Paid Time Off + holidays = (400 hours can be banked or cashed out end of yr.)
- Patient volume: 12-14 patients/day
