Compensation and Benefits:

  • Base Salary: Up to $300,000 (commensurate with role, rank, experience)
  • Signing Bonus: $25,000 - $50,000
  • Call Pay Stipend: $3,000/month ($36,000/year)
  • Medical Directorship Stipend: $15,000 - $20,000
