Compensation & Benefits :
- Compensation: $550,000 base (Year 1) increasing to $600,000 (Year 2) with partnership upside

- Sign-On Bonus: $40,000 - $75,000+ sign-on bonus (flexible)

Qualifications :
- Degree: MD or DO
