Responsibilities:
- Provide clinical oversight and leadership for the GI service line
- Mentor and support a team of gastroenterologists and staff
- Collaborate with hospital and clinic leadership to develop and implement best practices
- Ensure compliance with VA standards and policies
- Participate in clinical care as appropriate
Qualifications:
- Board-certified in Gastroenterology
- Minimum 5 years of clinical GI experience
- Proven administrative and operational leadership experience
- Strong clinical, organizational, and interpersonal skills
- Commitment to veteran care and collaboration with interdisciplinary teams
