What you'll do
- Read high-volume CT trauma studies, including spine and vascular imaging, and handle stroke pathway scans
- Interpret MSK trauma imaging, extremity X-rays, vascular and abdominal ultrasound, OB imaging, and MRI studies
- Perform biopsies, drainage, paracentesis, thoracentesis, dialysis access work, and line placement
- Complete at least 45 RVUs per shift using RPCE and PowerScribe 4.0

Who this fits
This onsite locum tenens role suits a board-certified interventional radiologist comfortable with a broad imaging workload and some IR procedures. The schedule runs 7 days per week, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM EST, with IR call Monday through Sunday and major and minor holidays if available.

- High CT trauma imaging volume including spine and vascular CT studies
- Frequent stroke pathway imaging (CT Head Stroke, CTA Head/Neck, CT Perfusion)
- High MSK trauma workload with extensive extremity radiography
- Regular vascular and abdominal ultrasound including carotid and DVT studies
- OB imaging and MRI supporting neuro and spine evaluation
- Interventional Radiology: biopsies (bone, lung, lymph node), drainage procedures, paracentesis, thoracentesis, dialysis access, and line placement (3-4% of workload)
- Productivity expectation: 45 RVUs per shift minimum
- Tech Stack: RPCE & PowerScribe 4.0
- Board Certified/Board Eligible: Board Certified only
- Licensure: Temps available for a clean file
