Sanford Health is currently seeking a BE/BC fellowship trained Orthopedic Hand Surgeon in Bemidji, MN.
- Join a team of three general orthopedic surgeons, sports medicine surgeon, FM sports medicine physician and five advanced practice providers

Compensation Package
Competitive compensation package includes:
- Compensation floor of $750,000 for the first two years of the employment contract, plus estimated potential to exceed compensation floor from personally performed wRVUs.
- In addition, a $200,000 retention incentive to be paid if you remain a 1.0 FTE for 4 years (this will be subject to a contractual agreement specifying all details
